Significant Savings for Homeowners
The new economic stimulus package signed into law on February 17, 2009 includes a tax credit for homeowners of up to 30% of the cost, or a maximum of $1,500, on qualifying replacement windows and doors for tax years 2009-2010.
All Anlin Windows with Argon Gas filling the space between the panes of glass, meet the U-Factor and Solar Heat Gain Coefficient (SHGC) requirement for the Energy Tax Credit. Qualifying windows and doors must have a U-Factor rating of 0.30 or lower, and a Solar Heat Gain Coefficient (SHGC) of 0.30 or lower.

Tax Credit + Energy Savings + Home Improvement = SMART DECISION!
To qualify and receive your tax credit, simply:
- Purchase qualifying Anlin windows and doors for your principal residence. (Save your purchase contract from the seller for your tax records.)
- Install your qualifying Anlin windows and doors between January 1, 2009 and December 31, 2010.
- Claim the tax credit associated with your qualifying purchase on your federal filing for the 2009 and/or 2010 tax year. IRS tax form 5695 (2009 version) will be available for this purpose late 2009 or early 2010.
- Print the Manufacturer's Statement of Certification
